We base our course material on the ADDIE Model. This Instructional System Design is an acronym for the five-phase development program of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation.
The flexibility of our model allows us to determine if the learners and learning process achieved your desired results. Through our continuous evaluation, we can modify any phase to suit the needs of our learners. Our focus is to study the environment, target performance deficiencies and improve your company's bottom line.
